Job Description

The Assistant Nail Salon Manager is responsible forsupporting the Salon Manager in the daily operations of the nail salon toensure smooth workflow, high service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in Daily Salon Operations
   Support the Salon Manager in managing daily salon activities to ensure efficient operations and service standards.
2. Customer Service Management
   Welcome customers, manage appointments, and ensure customers receive professional nail care services.
3. Staff Supervision
   Supervise nail technicians and front desk staff to ensure they follow company service procedures, hygiene standards, and operational guidelines.

4.     StaffTraining and Guidance
Assist in training new employees and provide guidance to improve staff skillsand service quality.

5.     Salesand Service Promotion
Promote salon services, packages, and retail products to customers and assistin achieving sales targets.

6.     CustomerEnquiries and Complaints Handling
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintaincustomer satisfaction.

7.     Inventoryand Supplies Management
Monitor and manage salon supplies including nail products, tools, and retailinventory to ensure sufficient stock levels.

8.     Hygieneand Safety Compliance
Ensure proper cleanliness of the salon and sterilization of tools according tohygiene and safety standards.

9.     AdministrativeDuties
Assist with daily sales records, reports, and other administrative tasks asrequired by the management.
