Cloud System Operation Engineer

Job Description:
Our client is a global provider of intelligent payment terminals and software solutions. They are seeking a Cloud System Operation Engineer to support cloud system operations and regional deployment across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor cloud production systems to ensure high availability and optimal performance
• Provide operational support for private deployment customers within the region
• Support SOC audit compliance requirements through proper documentation and adherence to internal processes
• Collaborate with regional and headquarters technical teams to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in system operations or cloud engineering
• Proficient in Linux system administration and command-line operations
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Alibaba Cloud
• Knowledge of MySQL is an advantage
• Good teamwork and ability to collaborate across regions
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders)
