Step into the world of Peranakan culinary heritage with this hands-on Nyonya kueh workshop at Chinatown Heritage Centre. Guided by experienced Peranakan home cooks, you will learn the time-honoured techniques behind some of the most beloved Nyonya kueh varieties.
What You Will Learn
- Kueh Lapis — Layer by layer, master the steaming technique for this iconic layered cake
- Ang Ku Kueh — Shape and fill these "red tortoise cakes" with sweet mung bean paste
- Ondeh-Ondeh — Create these pandan-flavoured balls with a burst of gula melaka centre

Workshop Details
