Job Description
Responsibilities
* To handle full set of accounts for SME and provide financial statements/ reports (P&L, BS, AR)
* To manage receivables in preparing quotations/ invoices and follow-up for payments
* To submit GST, ECI, Corporate Tax reports to IRAS and ensure their compliance
* To provide general office administration such as assisting to Office Manager in maintaining daily office operations
* Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Must be a Singaporean Citizen
* Must possess a Diploma in Accounting
* Must have min 3 years experience in accounting works in Singapore
* Proficient in Sage 50 Accounting Software, Microsoft Excel and Word, Power Point
* Possessing General IT trouble shooting skill is a plus
* A Fast learner with initiative & good communication skills
* Able to work independently
