Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
2. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
3. Maintain files, records, and databases
4. Provide administrative support for meetings and events
5. Perform tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
1. Proven administrative experience
2. Strong organizational and time management skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality
