Competitive Basic Salary
Employment Type: 4-Months Contract (Opportunity to Convert to Permanent)
Work Hours: 5-Day Work Week, Office Hours
Job responsibilities:
Office Management & Reception
Manage reception duties, greet visitors, and handle front-desk support.
Coordinate mail, couriers, and meeting logistics, including catering, AV, and room setup.
Maintain office standards, support maintenance projects, and lead sustainability initiatives.
Source and manage vendors; track office and pantry supplies within budget via Coupa.
Serve as system super user for Coupa, Concur, Zoom, AV, telephone, and meeting room bookings; ensure compliance with data privacy and financial procedures.
Management Support
Manage the Market Director’s schedule, meetings, travel, and T&E claims; support gifting and recognition activities.
Provide backup support to the Executive Assistant for the President South Asia Pacific.
Team & Workplace Support
Coordinate onboarding and pre-boarding, workstation setup, and issuance of business essentials.
Manage company mobile phones and telecom plans; support employee engagement activities and office events.
Act as office first aider and promote workplace health & safety.
Requirement:
Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a luxury retail or fast-paced retail environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment; solution-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
