LONG TERM OCEAN FREIGHT IMPORT OPERATIONS OFFICERS NEEDED

Location: Jurong East Area

Salary: Up to $2800

Working hours: Monday to Friday- 815am to 5.30pm

Job Scope

Coordinate and manage sea freight shipments to ensure smooth operations.

Liaise with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, transporters, and warehouses for shipment arrangements.

Prepare and verify shipping documents (e.g., HBL, MBL, manifests, pre-alerts) and handle customs declarations via TradeNet.

Perform system data entry and maintain accurate shipment records.

Monitor shipment progress and resolve issues such as delays, cargo discrepancies, or damages.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide shipment updates.

Verify vendor costs, process billing, and ensure timely payment collection.

Maintain proper documentation and complete shipment file closure.
