Assistant Accounting Manager / Accounting Manager

Accounting and Financial Reporting

• Assisting /guiding SG account staff on preparing the financial accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SG accounting standards

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports from system

• Monthly reconciliation of business Debit cards transactions (Marketing)

• Oversee accounts payable/paynow (daily walk-in customers from outlets) and receivable monitoring timely payments and collections and accurate of transactions

• Liaison with Logistics department on monthly/yearly stock take reports tally with accounting system

• Liaison with oversea team on monthly incentive reports

Audit and Tax

• Review and submission of withholding tax, GST and ECI

• Liaison with tax agent and attend queries

• Prepare detailed financial statements, audit schedules, and all related documentation to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance

• Liaison with external /internal auditors to facilitate smooth year end audit process

• Monitor on yearly transfer pricing documentations (TP) by auditor

Leadership

• Manage a team consisting of 3-5 accounts staA (Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines & etc) providing guidance and support to ensure smooth daily operations

• Willing to work in/ travel to Asia countries

• Ad-hoc duties assign by management

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / ACCA relevant

• Relevant hands-on experience of 5 years or more, especially with MYOB software and MS Excel application

• Familiarity with Financial Reporting Standard

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
