Assistant Manager aka Operations Lead
Salary:
Up to $7k per month
HP allowance of $70 per month
Job duties:
- Accountable for the team’s day-to-day Operation activities and execution of all-size projects for EV Charging Services.
- Oversee all planning, scheduling and cost control efforts for all project phases and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with City Energy policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.
- Identify and assess the priority of project risks (e.g., schedule, cost and scope risks), review the risk register and proposes mitigation plans. Analyse and manage impact of risk on the overall timeline and costs.
- Lead the Operations function, with accountability of running the day-to-day Operation and to overachieve customer expectations by developing and driving lean, faultless operational execution, in an extended value chain and at the lowest total cost.
- Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues to achieve/exceed annual Revenue & EBITDA target.
- Lead preparation of sales offers in coordination with the team. Advise and enforce appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or any Engineering
- Minimum 5 years working experience in engineering of similar environment preferred
- Strong communication and negotiations skill
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
- Competency in DWG, AutoCAD will be a plus point Knowledge of corporate governance, finance and performance management principles preferred

5 days, 8.15am – 6pm
