Associate, Insolvency and Restructuring

Primary Job Function

The Associate is responsible for day-to-day essential components of restructuring and insolvency projects, which may include receiverships, liquidations, administration etc. The Associate will be required to manage several assignments concurrently under supervision, support other team members and undertake training as their career develops.

A challenging scope of work for the right candidate may include:

• Drafting of letters, reports and resolutions

• Ensuring compliance of statutory and regulatory requirements

• Investigations into affairs of company

• Liaison with solicitors, agents, creditors and debtors

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or relevant professional qualification

• Beneficial to the role is experience in accounting
