Responsibilities for Barista

A Barista represents PEAK360 Cafe by being the face and voice that greets customers upon their first visit

· Managing the POS system - accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures.

· Prepare and serve drinks, protein shakes, sandwiches and rice bowls that meet quality standards

· Properly handle and maintain all equipment

· Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner

· Serve customers quickly and efficiently

· Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings

· Observe relevant health and safety standards
