Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Skincare: Perform facials, analyze skin types, and suggest treatments or products.
• Hair Care: Cut, style, color, shampoo, and treat hair.
• Nail Care: Provide manicures, pedicures, and nail art.
• Hair Removal: Perform waxing, sugaring, or electrolysis.
• Makeup: Apply makeup for daily wear or special events.
• Client Relations & Sales: Greet clients, understand their needs, offer expert advice, and cross-sell salon products and services.
• Hygiene & Safety: Clean and sterilize tools and workstations, adhering to salon sanitation standards.
• Administrative: Manage appointments, handle payments, and maintain client records. 

Requirements and Skills

• Certification/Licensing: Valid state or national licensure as a cosmetologist, beautician, or aesthetician.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with modern beauty techniques, trends, and product lines.
• Customer Service: Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and work with hands.
