Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help team members improve their techniques and customer service skills.
Identify areas for skill enhancement and develop training plans accordingly.
Provides professional advice to customers on suitable products and treatments
Update of customers particulars, purchases and treatments records

Job Requirements

Minium 1 years of experience in the Beauty Industry
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Passionate about beauty and the service industry
Certified by CIDESCO, ITEC, WSQ ACTA Full Certificate, WSQ SOA or any other relevant qualifications in beauty and aesthetic.
