BIM Modellers

Qualifications & Experiences

1. Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in / Architecture / BIM or closely related fields with two (2) years of related working experience in BIM Modelling.
2. Computer application competency and solid knowledge in handling REVIT, AutoCAD 3D, BIM 360, and other BIM application tools.
3. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator and etc would be an advantage.
4. Able to coordinate between the project team is preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Performs a variety of 3D BIM drafting assignments under minimal supervision, which requires the application of standard BIM drafting techniques.
2. To model all elements as per design intent & construction specs and provide design support.
3. Able to perform all lower-level drafter tasks.
4. Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
5. Report to the manager/coordinator in charge and perform assigned tasks within deadline.

2. Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
3. Ability to work as a team, independent and proactive.
4. Good command of English.
