Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage all visitors warmly, ensuring minimal waiting time while creating an exceptional boutique experience.
Provide support to sales associates during client consultations and presentations, helping to deliver seamless service.
Assist in daily boutique operations, including preparing the workspace, coordinating product handling, and supporting payment and checkout procedures.
Deliver outstanding customer service through boutique services (e.g., engraving, polishing, product care), ensuring every client receives a personalized luxury experience.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment, actively participating in day-to-day boutique life and fostering positive team spirit.
Uphold brand values and luxury service standards at all times, serving as an ambassador for the boutique.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of proven experience in customer service, luxury retail, or other relevant client-facing roles.
Strong passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented mindset.
High attention to detail, especially in handling products, displays, and boutique presentation.
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
