Business Analyst (Agile / Product Management)

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology delivery within an Agile product environment. You will work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and drive successful product outcomes

• Working Location: Chinatown
• Salary Package: Up to $8500 (basic) + AWS
• Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Support Product Owners in product backlog grooming, prioritisation, and sprint planning
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement validation sessions
• Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with development, QA, and UX teams to ensure successful solution delivery
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management
• Track project progress and ensure alignment with product goals and business objectives
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience working as a Business Analyst in Agile / Scrum environments
• Strong understanding of product management concepts and delivery lifecycle
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Experience supporting UAT and testing activities is an advantage
