Job Description
· Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with distributor partners to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges.
. Conduct market analysis, gathering insights on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to inform commercial plans, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
. Develop, manage, and optimize budgets to support commercial plans, ensure return on investment (ROI), and maximize profitability.
· Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and measure progress against goals.
· Contribute significantly to the achievement of the company's sales targets by meeting or exceeding individual sales objectives, while maintaining a customer-centric approach and ensuring long-term sustainability.
