Business Development Executive

Job Summary

Responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads to drive business growth and expand market presence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted cold calls to generate new business leads and initiate client engagement
• Plan and source additional projects by leveraging networking, industry contacts, and consultants to expand opportunities
• Monitor industry developments by attending relevant events and reviewing industry publications to inform business strategies
• Identify and evaluate viable new business opportunities within the industry to support growth objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to convert prospects into business opportunities
• Maintain and update the prospective client database to ensure accurate and current information for outreach
• Negotiate contract terms effectively to secure mutually beneficial agreements with clients
• Arrange and conduct sales visits to understand client requirements and tailor service offerings accordingly
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company service offerings to present solutions confidently to clients
• Deliver compelling presentations of the company’s services to prospective clients, driving interest and engagement

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Business or Marketing
• Effective communication skills to engage clients and internal stakeholders
