Job Description

Assist the Business Development Manager in executing growth strategies and expansion plans.
Participate in planning sales and marketing initiatives to target new clients or markets.
Help prepare and track business development KPIs and reports.
Conduct research to identify potential clients, partners, and opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads via networking, cold outreach, online research, and inbound inquiries.
Support initial client outreach and follow-up to build interest and trust.
Assist in managing existing client relationships and maintaining regular communication.
Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups as directed by the Business Development Manager.
Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
Support tender submissions, RFP responses, and pricing documentation.
Ensure all proposals are professionally formatted and submitted on time.
Identify trends and provide insights on emerging opportunities or risks.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, finance, and operations to ensure aligned messaging and support for business development activities.
Maintain professional networks to support long-term business opportunities.
Support budgeting and administrative tasks related to the business development function.
