Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in the financial technology, payments, or digital asset sectors.
• Strong expertise in software development, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and risk management in financial technology.
• Track record of building and scaling high-performance technology teams.
• Experience with distributed systems, secure transactions, and high-volume platforms.
