Role Overview
The Client Relations Coordinator is the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless experience from the first inquiry to post-event follow-up. This role combines high-touch communication, lead management, and hands-on event support to maintain strong client partnerships and support the growth of the business.
What you’ll be doing:
Omni-Channel Communication: Provide replies to any customers’ enquiries through various communications channels including phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
Pre-Sales & Lead Management: Provide assistance on pre-sales enquiries and efficiently assign/direct incoming potential leads to the sales team.
Account Servicing: Manage after-sales service matters such as follow-ups, service issues, and handle customer feedback resolution with a high degree of professionalism.
Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls and set appointment.
Client Satisfaction: Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, clear, and effective communication at all times.
Indirect Selling: Update existing clients on new event offerings and identify opportunities to add value to their upcoming projects.
Data & Record Keeping: Maintain proper records of customer interactions and ensure proper follow-through. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
Marketing Collaboration: Liaise with the HQ Marketing team to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional events/activities.
Event Logistics: Support the set-up, logistics, and on-site coordination of marketing events or roadshows.
General Administration: Support various admin-related tasks including filing and the procuring of office stationery.
