Our establishment is seeking a skilled and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team.

Main Duties

-Perform daily food preparation, cooking, seasoning and plating to meet company quality standards

-Maintain high levels of kitchen sanitation, equipment care and hygiene in line with SFA requirements

-Monitor ingredient inventory, ensure proper storage and minimize food wastage

-Follow standard recipes, control portion sizes and maintain consistent taste and presentation

-Cooperate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operation and timely service

-Comply with all workplace safety and operational guidelines

Requirements

-Professional culinary skills and relevant working experience in restaurants or catering establishments

-Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen operation procedures

Physically fit to perform full-time kitchen duties

-Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

-Good work attitude, responsible and team-minded
