Job Summary

You will manage comprehensive corporate secretarial functions to ensure clients’ compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. This role involves client portfolio management, coordination with auditors, and supporting corporate governance to drive operational excellence and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches and representative offices, and striking off companies to maintain legal compliance
  • Prepare and review directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions to support ongoing corporate secretarial matters for clients
  • Facilitate bank account openings and manage changes of signatories to ensure accurate client records and operational readiness
  • Draft and update corporate secretarial precedent databases to enhance process efficiency and knowledge management
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements for both the company and clients to mitigate legal risks
  • Manage a portfolio of clients by liaising with auditors and coordinating corporate secretarial deliverables to support audit processes
  • Perform other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required to support business operations and client service excellence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior experience in corporate secretarial work to effectively handle core responsibilities
  • Possession of or progress towards corporate secretarial qualifications such as SAICSA to demonstrate professional competency
  • NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration or related fields to support foundational knowledge
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines and dynamic client needs
  • Proactive mindset with a positive working attitude to contribute to team success and continuous improvement
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all deliverables
  • Availability to commence work immediately or within short notice to support business continuity
  • Commitment to long-term career growth within the corporate secretarial domain
