Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Secretarial Executive to join our Corporate Secretarial team. This role offers a strong learning platform for individuals looking to build a career in corporate secretarial practice. You will support senior team members in managing client portfolios, handling statutory compliance matters, and gaining hands-on exposure to corporate governance requirements in Singapore.
Responsibilities
· Assist in managing a portfolio of clients across various industries to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
· Support the preparation, drafting, and filing of board and shareholder resolutions, minutes, and statutory filings in accordance with the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA regulations.
· Maintain and update statutory registers and corporate records accurately and on a timely basis.
· Liaise with clients, ACRA, and other relevant authorities on routine corporate secretarial matters under supervision.
· Assist senior team members in handling corporate actions and ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
· Support internal administrative tasks and documentation to ensure smooth workflow within the department.
· Participate in training and development activities to build technical knowledge and professional skills.
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Law, Accountancy, or a related field.
· ICSA/SAICSA qualification (or willingness to pursue one) is an advantage.
· 0–2 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work or fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
· Basic understanding of the Singapore Companies Act and corporate governance principles (training will be provided).
· Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
· Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
