Creative Intern

This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is eager to grow inside a fast-moving creative environment—learning how content is conceived, produced, and delivered.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Social
Support the ideation, creation, and execution of content across Mandala’s social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and community channels.
Assist in producing short-form video, static graphics, and editorial-style posts that align with Mandala’s visual language and brand tone.
Stay attuned to social, cultural, and creative trends, contributing ideas for Reels, TikToks, and timely content moments.
Help organise, prepare, and upload content for scheduled and live posting.

Creative Production & Shoots
Support the Creative Lead during in-house lifestyle, event, and campaign shoots.
Assist with set-up, props, styling details, shot lists, and behind-the-scenes capture, ensuring shoots are executed in line with Mandala’s creative direction.
Help maintain visual consistency across photography and video outputs.

Design & Asset Support
Assist with the preparation and production of posters, social assets, event visuals, and digital collateral.
Support tasks such as resizing, formatting, and organising creative files across projects.
Help maintain a clean, structured creative archive for ongoing and future campaigns.

Events & Community
Work alongside the Marketing and Programming teams to support Mandala’s monthly calendar of talks, salons, performances, dinners, and community moments.
Provide on-ground creative support including content capture, event visuals, and post-event social storytelling.
Help document and translate Mandala’s real-world energy into digital content.

Creative Research & Development
Conduct visual research, moodboarding, and reference gathering for upcoming campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and brand moments.
Support the Creative Lead in exploring new visual directions and creative approaches.
