Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop learner-centric, industry-aligned curriculums that drive real-world application
• Collaborate with curriculum developers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts
• Review and enhance training materials based on learner and stakeholder feedback
• Ensure curriculum aligns with adult learning principles and complies with regulatory standards
• Conduct research to identify skills gaps and inform future training programmes
• Support documentation processes in line with organisational and SSG guidelines
• Contribute to curriculum improvement initiatives and internal discussions

Key Requirements:

• WSQ DACE or DDDLP certification is required
• Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies and instructional design practices
• Prior experience in curriculum development, training design, or education is essential
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project planning skills
• Meticulous and confident in handling curriculum documentation
