Data Engineer

The Data Management Analysis Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s data infrastructure, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and security in data operations. This role involves leading a team to manage data collection, validation, storage, and analysis processes, aligning data initiatives with organizational goals to drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Data Strategy Implementation,Design and implement frameworks, policies, and procedures to effectively manage and maintain data integrity and security.
• Data Collection & Validation: Oversee the gathering of data from various sources, ensuring its quality and reliability through thorough validation processes.
• Database Management: Monitor and maintain database systems, ensuring data is stored securely and efficiently, and that data management policies are enforced.
• Reporting & Analysis Lead the preparation of statistical and narrative reports, analyzing and interpreting data to support business decisions.
• Quality Control Develop and maintain quality control procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Team Leadership Manage and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Compliance & Security Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and implement security measures to safeguard sensitive information
