Data Specialist (ERP & Product Management)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a sharp-minded Data Specialist to serve as the gatekeeper of our product information. In this role, you won't just be "entering data"—you’ll be ensuring the integrity of our digital ecosystem. You will be responsible for the end-to-end accuracy and completeness of product data within our ERP system, ensuring that our operations, sales, and logistics teams are working with flawless information.

Whether you are looking for a stable 40-hour week or a flexible part-time schedule, we prioritize precision and analytical thinking over just clocking hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Maintenance: Create, update, and manage complex product profiles within the ERP system, ensuring all attributes (SKUs, pricing, dimensions, and descriptions) are 100% accurate.
• Data Auditing: Perform regular "health checks" on our database to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing values.
• Bulk Processing: Utilize advanced Excel functions to clean and migrate large datasets from vendors or internal departments into our system.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in how data is collected and suggest smarter, faster ways to keep our records current.
• Cross-Functional Support: Act as the go-to resource for departments that rely on product data to ensure seamless workflow.

Qualifications:

• Excel Mastery: You don’t just "use" Excel; you command it. You should be highly proficient with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data validation, and complex formulas. (If you know Power Query or Macros, that’s a huge plus).
• A "Sharp Mind": You have a natural ability to spot a needle in a haystack. You notice the one typo in a spreadsheet of 5,000 rows.
• ERP Familiarity: Experience with oracle-based ERP systems is preferred but not necessary.
• Ownership Mentality: You take pride in "clean" data and understand how your work impacts the bottom line.
