Key Responsibilities

DevOps Strategy & Architecture

Design and implement scalable DevOps architecture and best practices across the organization.
Define infrastructure standards, automation frameworks, and deployment strategies.
Lead the adoption of DevOps culture, tools, and methodologies.

CI/CD Pipeline Development

Architect and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and continuous deployment.
Automate build, testing, and deployment workflows for faster release cycles.

Cloud Infrastructure & Automation

Design and maintain cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Optimize infrastructure performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.

Monitoring & Reliability

Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system health and availability.
Improve system reliability through proactive incident management and performance optimization.

Security & Compliance

Integrate security practices within DevOps pipelines (DevSecOps).
Ensure infrastructure and deployment processes meet security and compliance standards.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and mentor DevOps engineers and collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams.
Provide technical guidance and support for infrastructure and deployment challenges.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
