Marketing Assistant

Salary: $2,500-4,000

Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Marketing:

①Build and maintain constructive and sustainable relationships with netizens.

②Assist in identifying and engaging influencers for brand campaigns.

③Support negotiations and liaise with influencers under guidance.

2. Content Marketing:

①Contribute to the development and implementation of content marketing strategies.

②Assist in creating engaging content for various channels, including website, blog, and social media.

③Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging.

3. Campaign Coordination:

①Support in monitoring event schedules and coordinating brand campaigns.

②Assist in proofreading and monitoring content generated by webstars to ensure adherence to campaign timelines and deliverables.

4. Performance Analysis:

①Contribute to compiling, analyzing, and evaluating the performance of influencer marketing and content marketing campaigns.

②Assist in generating reports on campaign outcomes, providing insights for future campaigns.

Qualifications:

①Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

②Ability to work in English and Chinese for communicate with co workers,directors and customers.

③Passion for marketing and a desire to grow in the field.

④Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

⑤Basic understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends.

⑥Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

⑦Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
