Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Naver, Kakao, Line, and other relevant Korean platforms.
Manage and coordinate with local agencies (media buying, creative, public relation, influencer, SEO/SEM) to ensure alignment with business goals.
Conduct keyword research, SEO, and SEM specifically for the Korean market.
Manage social media content (Instagram, Kakao, Naver Blog, YouTube, etc.) tailored to Korean consumer behavior.
Collaborate with HQ/regional teams to localize global marketing strategies for Korea.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance; provide insights to improve ROI.
Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Native Korean speaker equivalent level with written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of Korean digital platforms (Naver, Kakao, Coupang Ads, etc.).
Experience in SEO/SEM, social media ads, and content creation.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Naver Analytics, Meta Business Suite.
Ability to work independently while aligning with international teams.
Passion for fashion, luxury goods, or retail is a plus.
