We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our online business across key digital sales channels, including major marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and other leading platforms), brand e-stores (Shopify / direct-to-consumer platforms), and social commerce channels (Facebook & Instagram Shops, TikTok Shop) across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the US/Europe.
This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth, optimising customer experience, and enhancing performance across all digital touchpoints.
1. E-commerce Strategy & Growth
a. Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve sales, traffic, conversion, and profitability targets across all digital channels.
b. Plan and coordinate key promotional campaigns (e.g., 11.11, Black Friday, seasonal sales) across platforms to maximise growth opportunities.
2. Cross-Border E-commerce
a. Manage and scale cross-border e-commerce operations across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and US/Europe, including localisation, logistics coordination, and regional compliance to drive sustainable international growth.
3. Marketplace & Store Management
a. Manage full operations of marketplace storefronts (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and other leading platforms) and brand e-stores (e.g., Shopify).
b. Oversee merchandising, pricing, product uploads, content optimisation, SEO attributes, and category management to improve discoverability and conversion.
4. Social Commerce & Digital Shops
a. Lead setup, optimisation, and performance of social media shops (Facebook/Instagram Shops, TikTok Shop).
b. Coordinate social commerce promotions and live-shopping initiatives to enhance engagement and drive sales.
5. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
a. Plan and manage digital marketing initiatives across all e-commerce and social commerce channels, including paid advertising (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, Amazon Advertising, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), CRM campaigns, SEO/SEM optimisations, and other performance-driven marketing activities.
b. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce high-impact campaigns and content that drive traffic and conversions.
6. Performance Tracking & Analytics
a. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (GMV, ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rate, retention) with actionable insights.
b. Conduct data-driven analysis to optimise campaigns, user experience, and pricing strategies.
7. Inventory & Operations Coordination
a. Work closely with supply chain and fulfilment teams to ensure product availability, order accuracy, and timely delivery across all channels.
b. Forecast demand and implement replenishment planning to avoid stockouts or ageing inventory.
8. Customer Experience & Service
a. Oversee customer journey from discovery through post-purchase service to ensure high satisfaction, fast resolution of issues, and positive reviews.
9. Cross-Functional Leadership
a. Partner with departments such as Marketing, Product, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, and IT to align e-commerce initiatives with broader business goals.
b. Optionally lead or mentor a small e-commerce team as the business grow.
a. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
b. 3+ years of proven experience in e-commerce management, ideally across multiple platforms (marketplaces, social shops, e-stores).
c. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance dashboards and data tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Data Studio, etc.).
d. Deep understanding of marketplace ecosystems, online shopper behaviour, and digital marketing.
e. Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
a. Prior experience in managing social commerce shops and live-selling channels.
b. Experience with CRM, loyalty programs, or mobile commerce optimisation.
c. Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) and UX best practices.
