RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support pre-event planning and on-site execution
  • Oversee logistics such as vendor management and stakeholder coordination
  • Assist with procurement procedures and documentations on NVPC's Tenderboard system.
  • Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Consistently meet deadlines and ensure smooth event flow from planning through execution.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to unexpected challenges and last-minute changes.
  • Maintain open lines of communications and provide updates to all relevant parties to ensure smooth coordination of project across different stakeholders
  • Maintain composure under pressure and proactively anticipate risks.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organised event documentation
  • Assist with event layouts and setup planning
  • Ensure organisation's requirements are clearly understood and executed accurately
  • Track timelines and flag issues early
  • Manage assigned events with structured planning and oversight
  • Support on-site event setup, execution, and teardown
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma in Event Management or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in events, administration, or coordination roles
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to work after office hours nearer to event date when required
