ROLE OVERVIEW
The Finance/Office Admin, at Mandala Club is responsible for managing all daily administrative tasks; the role is the bridge between the Operational Team and the Finance Department and reports directly to the Operation Business Analyst.
KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES.
Financial reporting related matters
● Completion of the daily sales tracker
● Collection of the cash up bundles for each floor and reconciliation of the daily cash up file for the club. Follow up on any variances reported by the Ops team at the end of the night
● Reconciliation of the payments, tender media (including reconciliation of Stripe account against Sevenroom Ticket Sales) and Events bills to prevent overlooked or pending bills
● Collates sign off invoices and submit to the accounting team.
● Work closely with the membership team to provide F&B receipts to members, whenever necessary.
● Credit application forms
Office Matter
● Key contact person and in charge of office maintenance matter liaising with vendors (cleaning & housekeeping, general equipment)
● Place weekly and monthly ordering for office stationery and pantry supplies
● Work closely with Facilities Department to fulfill office needs
● Manage correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
● Archiving of paperwork and service contracts
