Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting our wellness services, including Massage ,spa, wellness yoga ,manicure, pedicure , eyelash and eye brow.

• Overseeing the day to day business operation.
• Knowledgeable about the all wellness programs including wellness yoga.
• Provide guidance and support to customers on the wellness programs available, including wellness yoga classes and wellness spa
• treatments, and other wellness offerings.
• Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries and concerns.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to management on ways to improve the wellness area and Customers experience.
• Create with special events, promotions, and other initiatives related to our business.

Qualifications:

Vocational studies related to the field of massage, wellness and spa management with at least 5 year experience in customer facing roles

Previous experience in the wellness yoga and hospitality industry is preferred.

Knowledgeable about wellness yoga , spa, and wellness programs.

Good command of written,spoken english and chinese

Adaptable and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skill.

Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of the pre-opening team.
