Responsibilities
• Always smile & greet guests in a friendly and professional manner according to Hotel standards.
• Perform accurate check-ins & check-outs of guests daily and handle cashiering.
• Handle telephone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Anticipate and attend to guest’s queries and requests.
• Listen to guest’s complaints or concerns and resolve their issue in a timely manner.
• Promote a safe working environment and improve good team morale.
• Performs any additional tasks which are assigned by management.
Requirements
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on 12-hour rotating shifts including night. ("from 8am to 8pm" and "from 8pm to next day 8am")
• Excellent communication, guest service oriented and time management skills.
• A team player and a self-starter, yet able to work independently within hotel standards.
• Adequate computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office and use of the internet.
• GCE "N" Level and above.
