Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define workforce requirements and align HR activities with the business’s strategic priorities.
Provide expert advice to leadership on employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning.
Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively.
Mentor, train, and develop HR staff to help them grow professionally and ensure the department's success.
Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to meet the company’s short-term and long-term workforce needs.
Develop and promote programs that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
Oversee the performance management system, ensuring that employees are given clear expectations and regular feedback.
Lead the development and execution of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust them as needed to meet organizational needs.
Ensure the compensation package is competitive within the industry and adheres to legal and regulatory standards.
Ensure that the company complies with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
Implement and monitor HR policies to minimize risk to the organization related to employment practices.
