Champion employer branding and candidate experience.
Ensure effective talent assessment, development, and retention programs.
Manage organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and growth.
Provide coaching to senior leaders on managing teams and performance.
Design competitive and equitable compensation, benefits, and incentive structures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory standards across regions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for legal counsel on employment matters.
Develop and enforce HR risk mitigation strategies.
