Job Description

Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Ensure new employees have the necessary resources and information to start their roles effectively.
Coordinate orientation sessions and introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and procedures.
Handle disciplinary actions and grievances in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and morale.
Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews.
Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
