Job Description

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Oversee the end-to-end hiring process including job posting, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Serve as the main point of contact for employee issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
Manage orientation and onboarding for new employees.
Facilitate employee growth through continuous learning opportunities.
Implement performance appraisal systems and ensure timely evaluations.
Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
Recognize and reward high performance.
Maintain and update employee records
Manage HR reports, analytics, and workforce metrics.
Support organizational change and growth initiatives.
