Key Responsibilities
- Deskside Support – Walk‑up and in‑person user assistance
- Meeting Rooms AV Testing – Conferencing and AV validation
- Live Meeting Support – Immediate onsite incident response
- Laptop Handover – Physical device issuance and setup
- Authenticator Setup – Onsite authenticator configuration
- Offboarding Collection – Asset retrieval from departing users
- Laptop Replacement and Troubleshooting – Faulty or lifecycle device swaps
- Software Installation – Manual onsite installs and updates
- Peripheral Support and Replacement – Desk equipment assistance and Onsite hardware swaps
- Printer Access and troubleshooting – Printer setup, card replacement, and onsite checkup
- Meeting Room Checks – Daily physical room inspections
- Vendor Coordination – Supervision of onsite vendors
- After‑Hours Support – Onsite support for planned works
- Asset Tracking – Physical inventory management
- Asset Disposal – Device handover and disposal support
- SOP Updates – Onsite process documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- Basic experience providing onsite / deskside support in a corporate or office environment
- Ability to perform laptop handover, setup, and replacement by following defined procedures
- Experience assisting users with login, authentication, and access issues with guidance or escalation
