IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business needs, translating them into user stories, specifications, and actionable solutions.
• Apply Design Thinking to identify gaps, improve processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Recommend suitable technologies and delivery approaches (Agile/Waterfall) based on project needs.
• Support deployment, change requests, and issue resolution to ensure smooth system operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in IT business analysis.
• Experience in full software development lifecycle, preferably Agile.
• Good understanding of UX, web technologies, and security best practices.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD is a plus point
