Support day-to-day IT operations and provide technical assistance to ensure smooth business operations. Manage Microsoft 365 environment, maintain network and server infrastructure, and assist with cybersecurity measures. Install and support architectural software and maintain IT asset inventory. Provide user training and onboarding support for new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support & TroubleshootingProvide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issuesResolve problems related to workstations, printers, and peripherals promptly
- Microsoft 365 AdministrationManage and maintain Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)Administer user accounts, security policies, and compliance settingsSupport cloud collaboration and file-sharing workflows
- Server & Network ManagementMonitor and maintain server infrastructure, including Synology NAS systemsManage network equipment (Ubiquiti) and firewall appliances (Fortinet)Perform regular backups, updates, and patch management
- CybersecurityImplement and monitor endpoint security solutions to protect company data and systemsConduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with best practices
- Software & Asset ManagementInstall and maintain architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad) and Autodesk Construction CloudSupport Creative Cloud deployment and licensingPurchase and manage IT asset inventory and maintain documentation
- User Training & SupportAssist staff with IT-related queries and provide guidance on software usageConduct onboarding sessions for new employees on IT systems and security protocols
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior IT support experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), cybersecurity principles, and server management
- Familiarity with architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad) and Autodesk Construction Cloud is an advantage
- Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Fortinet firewall administration and Ubiquiti network infrastructure
- Familiarity with Synology NAS configuration and maintenance
- Knowledge of endpoint security solutions and threat management
- Experience supporting Creative Cloud and Autodesk Construction Cloud environments
- Exposure to BIM collaboration tools (BIMcloud, Autodesk Docs)
