Maintenance Officer / Handyman (Kovan) | up to $2800

Maintenance Officer / Handyman needed!!!

School Environment

Working hours: 5.5 days a week (Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, alternate Sat 8.30am to 5.30pmpm)

Salary range: $2000 - $2800 per month (commensurate with experience)

Working location: Kovan

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance duties in the campus
• Fixing of doorknobs, chairs, tables, door hinges, toilet seats, school gates, changing of lightbulbs, basic maintenance of aircon etc
• Liaise with contractors on maintenance/renovation works in the campus
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience in performing maintenance/handyman duties
• Required to purchase spare parts as and when required
• Physical work required
