Maintenance Officer (PART TIME)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday

• 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary with CPF contribution

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee contractors’ movements within the estate

• Remind residents not to place personal belongings in common areas

• Assist with simple estate-related tasks and follow up on daily operational matters

Requirements:

• Responsible and able to work independently

• Good communication skills

• Able to perform basic coordination and monitoring duties
