Key Responsibilities
Corporate Secretarial Support
- Prepare
and file statutory documents with ACRA, including annual returns, officer
changes, share allotments, and resolutions.
- Maintain
statutory registers and ensure compliance with the Companies Act.
- Draft
board resolutions, minutes, notices, and routine corporate documents.
- Coordinate
AGM/EGM documentation and compliance timelines.
- Assist
with incorporation, striking off, share transfers, and restructuring
matters.
Accounting & Financial Administration Support
- Coordinate
monthly closing activities and assist in bookkeeping review.
- Prepare
management schedules and supporting documents for accountants.
- Liaise
with clients to obtain outstanding documents and clarify accounting
queries.
- Support
GST, payroll, and CPF data collation.
- Track
deadlines for GST filing, tax submissions, and financial statement
preparation.
Compliance & Regulatory Coordination
- Maintain
compliance checklists, SOPs, and audit trails.
- Support
KYC/AML onboarding and client due diligence.
- Assist
in preparing documentation for internal/external audits.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve
as the primary coordination point between clients and internal teams.
- Manage
client onboarding, service agreements, and annual renewals.
- Handle
routine enquiries and escalate technical matters to managers.
- Prepare
proposals, quotations, and service scope summaries.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Maintain
digital filing systems and document control.
- Prepare
weekly/monthly operational reports for management.
- Support
workflow planning, resource scheduling, and process improvements.
