Mandarin-Speaking Business Development Executive

We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded Mandarin-speaking professional to join our growing team.

This is a client-facing role focused on supporting our Chinese-speaking clients, building strong relationships, and driving new business opportunities within the Chinese market.

What you’ll do:

📞 Act as the main point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients

🤝 Build and manage strong client relationships

📈 Identify and develop new business opportunities

🌏 Represent the firm at networking and business events

📣 Support marketing initiatives targeting Chinese-speaking audiences

🧠 Work closely with our legal team to deliver excellent client service

We’re looking for someone who:

Is fluent in Mandarin and English

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

Is commercially aware and confident in client-facing environments

Understands Chinese business culture

Has experience in business development, sales, or client services (preferred)
