Marketing Associate

Job Description

The Marketing Associate will support the company’s marketing efforts across both our restaurant and food manufacturing businesses. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. Your role will involve both digital and offline marketing activities, content creation, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Job Duties

1. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for restaurant and food product promotions.

2. Manage the company’s social media accounts and create relevant digital content (posts, photos, short videos).

3. Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to measure campaign effectiveness.

4. Support branding activities, including packaging design coordination and promotional material development.

5. Conduct basic market research to understand consumer trends and competitor offerings.

6. Liaise with external vendors, media partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

7. Assist in organising events, food tastings, and outreach activities when required.

Job Requirements

1. At least 9 years of working experience

2. Prior Marketing experience preferred (F&B background is a plus).

3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

4. Creative mindset with good content creation skills (basic photography/videography an advantage).

5. Good written and verbal communication skills.

6. Proficient in spoken and written Chinese for liaising with overseas counterparts.

7. Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

8. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in the F&B industry.
