Job Summary:
As a Content Creator / Videographer, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging video content that resonates with individuals looking to start or grow their own F&B business. You’ll have creative freedom to develop topics and craft storylines that appeal to a specific audience, focusing on the journey, challenges, and insights of being a successful business owner. This role is ideal for someone who’s not just focused on brand promotion but is passionate about creating impactful content that educates, inspires, and builds a strong personal IP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Work with the owner to brainstorm and create a content calendar of topics and themes that address the interests and questions of aspiring F&B entrepreneurs and business enthusiasts.
- Filming & Editing: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content, including Q&As, insights, tutorials, and real-life experiences, optimized for social media platforms.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that go beyond business promotion, capturing the essence of the owner’s journey, valuable lessons, and advice for those considering a career in the F&B industry.
- Audience Engagement: Identify trending topics and questions relevant to the target audience to ensure the content remains timely and valuable.
- Social Media Strategy: Collaborate on strategies to grow and engage followers on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) by producing content that resonates with viewers.
- Content Optimization: Adjust and optimize video content for each platform to maximize reach and engagement, including creating short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Analytics Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of content to understand audience preferences and make data-driven adjustments to the content strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Skilled in storytelling and creating narratives that are engaging and relatable to the target audience.
- Experience with social media platforms and a strong understanding of what works on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Ability to work independently, with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling content.
- Knowledge of the F&B industry or small business landscape is a plus, but not required.
