Operation and Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:

• Responsible for handling tour operations to fulfil clients' requirements
• Coordinate reservations, contracts, and record keeping for tours and facility reservations
• Manage key accounts and retain a portfolio of key clients to ensure client retention and high level of customer satisfaction
• Implement marketing strategies by collecting client feedback, studying market trends and conducting competitors’ analysis

Job Requirements

• Experience in E-commerce sales and BD an advantage
• Experience in digital and social media marketing a plus
• A self-starter attitude with a confident and personable nature
• Fluent in English and mandarin
